I’m a member of the Circle of Wine Writers and have considerable experience of writing articles and teaching materials on a range of subjects.

I worked extensively with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust writing the study materials and developing teaching materials for the new Diploma. These included the new Wine Business module and various sections of the Wines of the World module: Argentina, Chile, Australia, Canada, Germany, Greece and Tokaj.

Here’s a piece I wrote recently following a trip to Alsace looking at its strengths and weaknesses as a wine region and identifying the opportunities available to it and threats it faces.

An article of mine was published in The Wine Merchant magazine following a fascinating trip to Romania to learn about the new wave of producers who are looking to put Romanian wine on the map.
